Throughout my time working with Valery, she pushed me to become the most creative, motivated version of myself. In 2016, my junior year of high school, I wanted to create an organization that promoted activities of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) to girls in underserved communities. With Valery’s help, I created STEM 4 Femmes, a non-profit organization devoted to teaching young girls about these topics. I loved my idea, but didn't even know where to begin. Valery coached me through every step of the way. From the creation of my website, to growing my social media following, to being able to speak and promote my idea. She taught me every aspect of growing my business and believed in me to the fullest extent. Valery challenged my ideas and made me think in a different light. She was constantly pitching me new ideas, initiating projects, and continued to bring my idea to its highest potential. Valery helped me grow STEM 4 Femmes from the ground up and turned it into a thriving business and one of my most proudest accomplishments.”
